option.
- Upon clicking on Archive option, Outlook will direct you to a dialog box.
- In the dialog box you would
need to check the box Archive this folder and all subfolders and
select a folder from the list.
- Next you can choose a date from wherein the emails will be archived.
- Browse and select the location where you would like to save the new PST file.
- At this stage, you should be able to see the new PST file in the Archive Folder in the Mail Folders list.
